What is the difference between a fractional COO and a fractional CFO?

How long does a fractional COO engagement last?
A process or cost project has an end date. Ongoing operating leadership continues on a set schedule. You and Reed decide after the assessment.
Do you work in person or virtually?
Both. Reed works on a hybrid schedule. He meets with your team at your location when the work calls for it and works virtually the rest of the time. You and Reed set the mix that fits your company.
